The pods can be filled with water, juices, cocktails and

condiments. If you choose not to eat the pod, it

biodegrades in 4-6 weeks.

What makes the pod edible? The pod is made from

seaweed and plants.

This past April at the London Marathon, 30,000 OOHO

pods filled with a sports drink were given to racers at the

event instead of using 200,000 plastic bottles which helped

reduce waste. They are currently only available for

purchase for sporting events or private parties.
