I have had many hardships in my life, but
through it all I knew I could depend on
the following and was always thankful for

them being a part of my life.

1. God ~ Even though at times I may have
questioned "why?", I always knew I had
His love to support me through the
hardest times and to smile on me in the
good times.

2. My Family ~ All my life I have been
blessed with good and faithful parents
who taught me to love God and to
respect myself and others. Their
teachings have made me believe the best
was possible in any situation.

3. My Friends ~ I have been blessed with
a best friend who laughs with me when I
laugh and cries me with when I cry. I
have also been blessed with friends here
on Toluna that make me smile when I
need one most.

4. My Health ~ Several years ago I was
diagnosed with a blood disorder and was
told I was at a critical point in the
disease. My only hope was weekly
phlebotomies that I would have to
undergo for the rest of my life. Last
month marked three years since my last
treatment. I believe prayer and God's
mercy is the reason for that miracle.

5. My Country ~ Last on my list, but
definitely not least, is my country - The
United States Of America. I am thankful
that I can say what I feel, acknowledge
what I believe and most of all worship as
I choose.
