TOLUNA TIPS:
HOW TO MAINTAIN A
HEALTHY DIET
In past month, Toluna Influencers in Australia and New Zealand have been
sharing their tips for maintaining a healthy diet. In recent years, society as a
whole has shifted away from sugar and junk foods, in favour of nutrition and
healthy eating. While it's easy to go on a diet for a week or two, it's a lot harder
to maintain good eating habits over a long period of time. Different methods
work on different people, but it won't hurt to give these suggestions a try!
