What does 1 working day at Toluna look like for a CEO?
It is never the same. First, I love talking to people
especially our members of staff. You learn so much by
just talking to people working at different levels and
roles.

Have you ever thought of applying for the TV show
“Undercover Boss”?
I trust people so I do not need to be undercover. But I
like understanding how people work and what they see
that could e improved.

What are the accomplishments that shaped your career?
I believe in step by step accomplishments. You cannot
climb Everest before you have climbed the mountain next
to it. When we got the site live, that was a big
accomplishment. Today my feeling of accomplishment
comes from seeing the millions of people who actively
participate and Influence their World.

Who was your role model when you were a child?
My father. He was a hard worked, life-loving person,
creative and always had a positive outlook on life even
during hardships.

If there was ONE regret you have in terms of the
Toluna website, what would that be?
I believe we always need to do more for our community.
I always try to think about what we can do to increase
our content quality and of course our reward offer.

Do you have an account on the site?
Of course, I have had one since 2000... I won't tell you
my username though

Where do you see Toluna in the future?
I believe Toluna can be the place where you ask the
world their opinion. It can be your personal little
helper in day to day life. To help you choose the right
pair of jeans or even question your own ideas and
knowledge by asking people like you what they think.
