You may have seen these new
buttons while checking out

content on the site. The 'Upvote'
and 'Downvote' buttons help us to
curate what appears in the
content feeds. We've also
removed the 'Dislike' button on

Topic comments, and hopefully
this will prevent any conflicts
among community members.

To see the voting buttons, first you
must click on either “Vote!” or
“Post” depending on the content
you’re reading. The number of

Upvotes will display next to the
green arrow.

When to Upvote?

Upvote if you see a piece of content that you think is interesting or engaging.
This allows you to show your appreciation for the content other Toluna

members have created. If your content receives a good number of Upvotes it
will get checked by the Toluna Team and you could get some extra points!

When to Downvote?

Downvote if you see a piece of content that is inappropriate or repetitive. For the really
offensive posts, please continue to use the 'Report' button.
