"A few years back I decided to go to Kenya as a volunteer to
make children happy! One day, a friend of mine told me a story
about this small village in the middle of nowhere, full of
children who have nothing. He was helping them to build the
school, houses, collect donations to support them and I
decided to help him. I had no idea how this couple of months
would change my life, I was not ready to see what I saw.
Most people I talk to about Africa who have been there, visited
the places as tourists. They think they saw it ,but what they
saw is what the tourists are allowed to see and it is much
different.
One day, we were on the way to nearest town and we saw a
colourful bus from Mombasa to Nairobi, what made us laugh
was its name, as it "contains" my name on its name - "Kinga".
When we explained what we saw to kids from our village, they
decided to call me Miss Bus :)" - doligd7
