HOW TO GET A GOOD
NIGHT'S SLEEP
In past month, Toluna Influencers in Australia and New Zealand have been
sharing their tips for getting a good night's sleep. Sleep is extremely important,
and sleeping well every night can have a profound impact in our mental and
physical health. If you have problems falling and staying asleep, we hope
these suggestions will be helpful to you!

To turn off my ticking brain I tell
myself to think of nothing, clear
my thoughts and relax all my
body. Some nights if something
is really bothering me I start at
the toes and subconsciously say
"toes go to sleep" then slowly
work up my body. I have never
yet gotten to my waist.

I feel like it's the type of pillow
you have when you sleep.
Personally I love having a really N E W S A M O A L A N D S A Y S :

If I have trouble sleeping I find it
has a lot to do with lifestyle
M A Z D A 6 2 6 S A Y S : choices. Things that I do when I
3 know I'm stressed out by
Lavender spray in the room or working late at night. I go on a
lavender under pillow, a cool vegan diet, go to sleep around 8
room, relaxing before bedtime, or 9pm. Exercise every day,
and to go to bed roughly the write down all the things that
same time each night. cause me to worry in a to do list.
I tend wake up in the middle of
the night if I worry about
something i forgot to do. Don't
S T O N E H E N G E S A Y S : use devices before going to
4 bed. I used to try and watch
Stay off screens (TV, computer, something to make me fall
phone) for a while before going asleep but just made it worse so
to bed. The brain keeps
processing after you've I make my room as dark as
switched off, so do it earlier! possible because any lights will
not help my sleep or I go to bed
when the sun goes down.
