We are sorry to inform you that the department store House of
Fraser, has gone into administration and has been acquired by
Sports Direct.

As a result, Sports Direct has no liability to customers in
possession of existing House of Fraser gift cards and vouchers.
All House of Fraser vouchers have therefore been removed from
our Rewards Centre.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but sadly this is out of our
control.

What next?

If you are in possession of House of Fraser gift cards and
vouchers, send themto the House of Fraser head office at the
address below. They have promised to issue replacements.
